Mr. Guiwen Wang, age 47, is the executive legal director and president, he also acts as co-chairman of the company.
  • Mr. Wang graduated from Tianjin Municipal Party School in July 2006 where he majored in law. He completed an MBA at Columbia University in 2000.
  • Mr. Wang is a deputy member to Tianjin Municipal People's Congress, a member of the Committee for Internal and Judicial Affairs of the Executive Committee of Tianjin Municipal People's Congress, a member of the Standing Committee of Petroleum Association, and a member of Tianjin Municipal Federation of lndustry & Commerce.
  • Mr. Wang founded Tianjin Sida Petroleum Commodity Distribution in 1994 and has been serving on the Board as Chairman. The registered capital of the company is RMB 158 million. The company has been involved in the wholesale of refined oil since its foundation.

  • Mr. Bromley was born in South Africa (Witbank coal fields) and is the seventh generation of his family to be involved in the mining industry. He is qualified in both Civil and Process Mechanical Engineering and worked in Australia as an engineer until 1982. He was then engaged with major Japanese corporations in industrial electronics during the rapid advancement of industrial electronics in the mid 1980's.
  • In 1989 Mr. Bromley established an advisory firm providing extensive international expertise in the areas of global marketing, strategic management and corporate restructuring for organizations in Japan, Russia, Central Asia, Europe and North America.

  • Mr. Bromley is Chairman of CIC Group Limited, a company that has 27 leading Chinese mine owners as shareholders. These include, Benxi Steel (private); Tanshan Smelter Group; the chairman of Emulsion Fuels Limited of Japan; a world leading heavy oil technology company; the chairman of CIC Gold limited; the Chairman/CEO of CIC Capital Limited (an AIM listed Company). Mr. Bromley is also a non-executive director of the China Top Ten Investment Group, which manages a large property fund on behalf of two leading Chinese Banks.
Mr. Xiaoguang Zhou, age 49, is an executive director and the chief operating officer of the company.
  • Mr. Zhou graduated from Nankai University in 2008 with a doctorate in the Ancient History of China. He also received a bachelor's degree from the Tianjin Institute of Textile Science and Technology.
  • Mr. Zhou has 30 years of experience in overseas marketing and capital operations. He has served as the general manager of Tianjin Garments Import and Export Co. Ltd., the president of Tianjin Nipeco Garments Co. Ltd., the general manager of Tianjin Zhongfu International Group Ltd., the deputy general manager of the Import and Export Company of Tianjin Embroidery Group and the deputy general manager of the Tianjin Embroidery Industry and Sales Company.

Mr. Jinliang Li (David), age 47, is a non-executive director and the chief financial officer of the company.
  • Mr. Li is a member of Association of Chartered Accountants UK (ACCA) and a Certified Enterprise Risk Manager in Asia.
  • Mr. Li graduated in 1987 from the Renmin University China with a degree in Accounting. In 1988 he also gained a master's degree in Business Administration in Financial Services from the University of East London.
  • Mr. Li served as the General Supervisor of the Financial and Investment Centre of Hopson Group Limited (listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), the general supervisor of the Department of International Finance of China Oilfield Technology (listed on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange), the Chief Financial Officer of European Food Trading (UK) Co. Ltd., and the director of the financial department of the Engineering and Technology Research Institute of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). He is also CFO of CIC Capital Ltd. (listed on AIM London Stock Exchange).
  • Mr. Li assisted in the listing of China Oilfield Technology in Singapore. He has extensive experience of international capital markets, company IPO's, the listing regulations and laws of Hong Kong and Singapore, international accounting principles and company management.
  • Mr. Li has studied and worked in the field of accounting and senior financial management in the UK for eight years. He has a good understanding of commercial law and the accounting principles and taxation policies in the UK.
Mr. Defa Zhang, age 66, is a non-executive director of the company.
  • Mr. Zhang, a senior petroleum economist in China, graduated from the Party School of CPC Central Committee with a bachelor's degree.
  • Mr. Zhang is serving as the president and supervisor of the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), he is also authorised to sign economic agreements for the Hebei Provincial Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau.
  • Mr. Zhang is a senior management executive for the Third Drilling Company of Northeast Oilfield, the Erenhot Oilfield in Inner Mongolia, and the Administrative Office of the Bureau of Northeast Oilfield. He served as the general manager of Tianjin Sales Company of CNPC and as the deputy general economist in Northeast Sales Company of CNPC in 2008. He also concurrently served as the president of Tianjin Petrochemical Co. Ltd. of CNPC and the president of Qinhuangdao Huaao Petrochemical Co. Ltd. of CNPC.

Mr. Changzhong Yang, age 60, is a non-executive director of the company.
  • Mr. Yang serves as the general manager of the Tianjin Binyu Petroleum Chemicals Distribution Company.
  • Mr. Yang has previously held positions as general manager of the Sales Company of Tianjin North Petroleum Company, the vice general manager of the Tianjin Branch of China Bluestar (Group) Co. Ltd. and the executive deputy director of the Tianjin Branch of First Oil Refining Factory of Petro China.
  • Mr. Yang has many years of experience in the operation and sales of refined oil and has made outstanding contributions to the construction of the oil distribution network in the northern market.
